Caledonian Global Financial Services Inc. was founded by William Walker, OBE, who moved to the Cayman Islands in 1964 and formed the first law firm on the island before forming Caledonian.  From the beginning, Mr. Walker was dedicated to his new home on the islands, and he helped to draft much of the early financial services legislation that helped the island to grow and develop.
